Kenvin, a phpLD support forum member reported that Directory owners is showing a message when he went to login. So, I tried to login there and found this message!

Closed. - Go pimp your worthless Directory shit elsewhere. I have permanently closed this site as the majority of directory owners/operators are crooks looking to make a fast buck. I have chosen not to sell this site nor participate in any directory related bull shit any further. Go argue who has what PR, who has the better script, etc. on one of the other directory forum sites…all of which share the same ignorant group of members. I can’t understand what happens with Tom (forum owner), I was not an active member there for long time. My last visit and last post was there around 10 days ago I guess. May be after that something happens with the forum and he feels to closing the entire forum.

It’s really a bad news for directory owners. Directory owners was the only one old directory discussion forum on the web.
